Welcome back, Kimberly.
As we mentioned above, in order for an ACH debit to be stopped you must request a stop payment to be placed. Since you've authorized a payment to be debited from your account, the business/merchant will debit the funds on the date in which they send the payment information to us. As long as you have not cancelled the payment or placed a stop payment on the item, it should process normally.
If you have any additional questions in regards to the payment or your account, we ask that you contact us directly for assistance. You are able to reach us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 or visit us during lobby hours at any TD Store. To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Please know that TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum and we do not have access to your account/personal information.
We hope this clears things up, Kimberly and have a good day.
