I am wondering if it is possible to withdraw while TD Bank is closed from the ATM. Not sure how this works.

Thanks for checking out TD Helps, Long! We'll be glad to explain what you can expect when using our ATMs.
You'll be glad to know that our ATMs are available 24/7 for your convenience.
If you bank at one of our Stores that has a walk-up ATM located inside the building, after hours you'll want to swipe your ATM/Debit card to gain access to the ATM area. There will be a card reader for your use on the left or right side of the doors. Otherwise, some of our Stores offer drive-up ATMs (or both), which can be used anytime from the comfort of your vehicle. To take a look at our TD ATM locations please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores and specify "Search ATMs."
Any questions, just give us a call! We're available 24/7 here also, and can be reached at 888-751-9000.
Thanks again for stopping by, Long! Best of luck and take care.
