Hi. I disputed a transaction June 17th. I was told the 10 business day would be June 30. It is July 3 and I still haven't heard anything. I tried calling and was told it was sent for overnight processing. Will my refund still issue on a holiday?

Good morning, Indya! Thanks for coming to TD Helps.
Typically speaking, when you file a dispute with TD Bank, you will receive a decision by the 10th business day. As today is a Federal Holiday, it is not considered a business day, which may result in any credits being delayed.
As TD Helps is not considered a secure forum, we are unable to access your account information. For further assistance with your concerns, we ask that you contact us directly. You may reach a Banking Specialist at 1-888-751-9000, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. While our TD Store locations are closed today for the Holiday, you may visit a Store location tomorrow during normal business hours. To locate your nearest Store location, please view the link here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
If you currently have access to your Online Banking, you may also send us a Secure Message. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. You may also send a Secure Message by using your Mobile App. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
We hope this helps answer your questions, Indya. Have a great day!
