Hey Carol, thanks for joining us here at TD Helps. We appreciate your visit and would be happy to help!
You'll be happy to know that your TD Bank Debit card can be used at any ATM which accepts the Visa or NYCE networks, and our ATM-only cards can also be used on the NYCE network. You can search for these logos on a local ATM to make a withdrawal. And of course, your Visa debit card can be used for purchases anywhere Visa is accepted. A local bank may also be able to assist you with a Cash Advance from your debit card; and please check out our Personal Deposit Account Agreement here: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ.
To avoid ATM fees, please note that many major retailers and grocery chains will allow you to get cash at the register without a fee. If you're using a Visa debit card, when making your purchase please look for a cash-back option at the time you're swiping your card to avoid paying ATM fees for cash.
If you have any additional questions, you may ask them here, over the phone at 888-751-9000 or in person at a TD Bank Store. Locations and hours for TD Bank, can be found here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps and please let us know if you need anything else.
