You have the option of viewing your accounts online!
If you have a personal account with TD Bank and have a debit card, you may use the self-service enrollment form found here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. In addition to your debit card number, you will also need your account number and Social Security number to complete the enrollment. Once you fill out the form you will have immediate access to your account(s) online. If you have a business account and are looking to enroll for TD Bank BusinessDirect Online Banking, you can use the same link as above to enroll. At the first screen please select Business from the drop down box. To sign up for BusinessDirect you will need your account and debit card number as well as your Tax Identification number. After you fill out the appropriate form, you will receive an email confirmation within two business days that will include your User ID and Password. If you'd like to have immediate access to your business account, feel free to visit any TD location to complete the enrollment.
Once you're enrolled and able to log in to your online profile for either your personal or business account, you will be able to log in anytime to view your balance as well as recent transactions and past statements.
Also, once you’re able to see your accounts you may send us a secure message.
In order to send us a Secure Message, it would be necessary to have an Online Banking account with us and to be logged in. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." Just click there and follow the prompts!
You may check your balance via our automated Bank-by-Phone (IVR) system at 888-751-9000 as well. The first time you call, it will prompt you to enter either your account number or your TD Bank VISA Debit Card number. After that, it will ask you to confirm the last 4 digits of your Social Security number. After entering your SSN upon first use, the system will then ask you to create a unique 4 digit Phone Code to use for future access through the IVR system. This Phone Code will replace your old Bank-by-Phone PIN and is independent of the PIN associated with your VISA Debit Card.
Please keep in mind that the automated system may ask for the last four numbers of your Social Security number if you're inquiring about a joint account.
