Thanks for coming to TD Helps, Jeff. We'd be glad to help.
Although TD Bank does not partner with any other ATMs from another Financial Institutions, we are happy to inform you that with your TD debit card, you can use your card anywhere VISA is accepted and you can use any ATM machine displays either the VISA or PLUS logo. Please note, at this time, a fee could be assessed to your account if a withdrawal, transfer or balance inquiry is made at a non-TD ATM, depending on your account type. Please look here http://bit.ly/1cTejgt for additional fee information.
Additionally, many major retailers and grocery chains will allow you to get cash at the register without a fee. When making your purchase, please look for a cash back option at the time you're swiping your card to avoid paying ATM fees for cash. We also recommend reviewing your available balance prior to your withdrawal; this option is always free by logging into your TD Bank online account at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, or by phone with a Representative at 888-751-9000 or our Self Service Phone Line at 800-YES-2000. If you're not yet enrolled for Online Banking and would like to be, please begin here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY and be sure to have your account number, debit card number, Social Security number and email address nearby.
If you need help locating a TD ATM near you, feel free to check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps. Have a great one!
