Your answer is that ATM fees will be reimbursed if conditions are met. But what about foreign transaction fees? Does TD Bank charge anything above the VISA exchange rate?

Thanks for joining us on TD Helps, Bruce. We'd be happy to clarify.
Neither TD Bank nor Visa charges foreign transaction fees when you use your TD Bank Debit Card. You'll also be able to use your Debit Card to make cash withdrawals internationally at any ATM that displays either the VISA or PLUS logo. If you are unable to find a compatible machine, you will also be able to use your Debit Card to obtain a VISA Cash Advance. Please note that non-TD ATM fees still may apply. For more information on the Fee Schedule, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt. We also invite you to review page 45 of our Deposit Account Agreement at http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ for more information about international ATM Card or Visa Debit card transactions and the exchange rate for purchases.
If you're referring to your TD Bank Visa Credit Card, please note that fees for foreign purchases may apply. We encourage you to review a general copy of the Personal Credit Card Agreement at http://bit.ly/1klVfbF. The Interest Rate and Fee Schedule can be found on Page 12, and information on the Exchange Rate at Page 2. You may also wish to contact TD Card Services directly at 888-561-8861 to request a copy of your specific agreement or discuss your card directly.
We hope this helps, Bruce and have a good day.

You responded no FT fees on ATM withdrawals. But how about online payments? We have a premier checking account and a Visa Debit card connected to that account. If we use this card to make an online payment in foreign currency, are their any foreign transaction fees on that?

Hi Subi and it's great to have you visit us on TD Helps this afternoon.
As it sounds like you have a Checking account with TD Bank and a TD Bank Visa Debit cards to go with it, you'll be glad to learn that TD Bank does not charge you any foreign transaction fees for purchases made with this card. When using this card for a purchase in foreign currency, our Customers pay the Visa exchange rate at the time of purchase. This rate is not set by TD Bank.
You may refer to our Personal Deposit Account Agreement http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ (pages 43-45) for more information.
