Are there any Service Centers that represent TD Bank where you're NOT charged FEES. I no longer live in The Mass area ans am residing in the San Diego, California area and I don't wan to change Bank

At this time, we do not have any ATMs or affiliated banks in California. But we can definitely provide you with some options to withdraw funds without incurring fees!
Many stores now offer the option of taking cash back with your purchase at the register. TD Bank will not charge a fee for this service, though you will be limited to the amount of cash back the store will allow. The cash back amount will simply be added onto your total that’s billed to your debit card.
Another option you have is to do a cash advance with a bank teller at a different financial institution. Many banks will allow you to initiate a cash advance using your debit card. This option should allow for you to withdraw larger amounts. TD Bank does not charge a fee for this service either. We recommend inquiring with the bank you use as to whether or not they may charge a fee for this service prior to completing your transaction.
