Thanks for contacting TD Helps today, Angelo. We'll be happy to point you in the right direction.
At this time, our Store locations are unable to produce Chip-enabled Debit Cards the same day they are requested, however; a Customer Service Representative will be more than happy to place a request for one to be mailed to you. You may visit any TD Store during lobby hours for assistance. To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
In addition to stepping into a Store to request a new Debit Card, you may also speak with a Live Customer Service Representative at 1-888-751-9000. Representatives are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience.
We sincerely hope this helps, Angelo, and please enjoy your weekend.

I am moving soon. So a couple more questions:
How long does it take to arrive?
If I tell you my new address, will I need a proof of address for the new address?

Hi Angelo, thanks for reaching back out to us at TD Helps.
Typically it takes approximately 7-10 business days for a new debit card to be received. You may update your address by vising a TD Bank Store during lobby hours (click here: https://go.td.com/1lvjfO for locations), speaking with a Customer Service Representative 24/7 at 1-888-751-9000 or via online banking (log in here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq). After verifying you we will be happy to process your request.
Please note the address must be updated on your account before we can mail a debit card to that location. Please contact us directly for additional options on how you can receive your new debit card.
We would like to assist you however, TD Helps is not considered a secure forum and we do to have access to your personal and/or account information as result.
We hope this helps and look forward to hearing from you.
