Good evening Susan,
Great question and thank you for asking.
We'd like to let you know that each withdrawal, transfer, and balance inquiry made by a Retail Customer at an ATM not owned by TD is subject to a $3.00 fee at this time (subject to change), which is charged by TD Bank the same day the transaction is made. Please note that the owner of the machine or network may also assess a fee at the time of your transaction, including a fee for balance inquiries, in addition to any fees assessed by TD Bank. You can review our fees via our current Fee Schedule here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
We'd like to take this opportunity to let you know that we offer some accounts in which non-TD Bank ATM fees would be waived. To see if you will be affected by ATM fees, please check out this page for further details: http://bit.ly/1rYwGdO. You can also refer to the chart on the link above to see if the type of account you have would waive any of these fees. To find your account type you can review your account online. Or if you'd like, feel free to contact a Customer Service Representative directly at 888-751-9000, 24/7. They can review your account type and provide any additional suggestions tailored to your accounts to avoid ATM fees.
We certainly hope this helps, Susan.
If you have additional questions please reply to us here! Wishing you a wonderful night.
