Thanks for dropping by TD Helps today, Ron! We are more than delighted to answer your question.
If you have elected to receive paper statements via mail, a fee is added to your account to view those items. Check out: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt to view our Personal Fee Schedule, please see "Account Services" for more details.
If you choose to have paper statements, there are ways to obtain your check and deposit images. You can call our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000 and one of our Banking Specialists can request to mail these copies to your home address. Please note, that a fee is assessed for deposit slip copies. Another option you have is to send a secured message through online banking. Please sign into your account and click on the Customer Service tab and then select "Send A Message." You always have the option to visit a TD Bank location during lobby hours. Please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find TD Bank near you.
If you have paperless statements, you are able to view your paid checks and deposit slips free of charge via your TD Online Banking.
Online statements are safer, faster and greener than paper statements and we are happy to provide the steps on how to set this up! To do this, you must first log onto your Online Banking. If you have not enrolled, you can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You'll need your account number, Social Security number and your ATM/debit card number. If you run into any problems while enrolling or if you do not have your ATM card handy, please contact us at 1-800-493-7562 to speak with a Digital Banking Specialist 24/7. After account verification, our Specialists would be happy to assist! You may also visit your local TD Store for assistance. You can stop by the Store you opened the account at or for a list of Stores near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Once you've successfully enrolled, you will have immediate access to your account(s). To sign up for paperless statements, please select the "Online Statement Settings" link listed under the " Help & Related Tasks" box on the left side of your screen or you could select the "Customer Service" tab and under "Self Service, click on "Online Statement Settings" link. After selecting the necessary link, you will now be at the "Update Online Statement Settings" page. Please select the account(s) you'd like to change the statement settings for, confirm your email address, and also read the "Online (Paperless) Statement Customer Agreement" and the "Hardware and Software Requirements", a window should pop up. After reading the required documents, please check the boxes and select "Save Changes".
You will now receive an email notification when a statement is available for viewing. To view a copy of a statement, you can do so by selecting the "Statements" tab under "Account History".
We hope this information is useful to you and have a good day!
