We understand your concern, Denise. We'd be glad to help.
Please know that you are able to use you TD Visa debit card anywhere Visa is accepted worldwide free of any additional charge!
If you're referring to a TD credit card you may have, keep in mind that the Terms and Conditions of each card we offer may vary. Because of this, we suggest reaching out to a Credit Card Specialist 24/7 at 888-561-8861 to discuss your account in detail.
If you plan on taking a trip overseas, it is always a good practice to place a Travel Notification on your account prior to your trip. For debit cards, you are able to contact us by calling 24/7 at 888-751-9000, visiting a TD Store or sending a secure message online.
To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
For your credit card, you are able to use the phone number mentioned above, visit a Store or send a message.
We hope this helps and have a good day.
