I am suddenly experiencing errors when I try to log onto my account. I can bring up the TD Bank site, but when I click to log onto my account I get a message that IE cannot display the webpage. I want to know if there are new requirements of which IE is being used.

Good morning, Dawn and welcome to TD Helps. We apologize for any trouble you've had on our website, and we'd be happy to assist you.
As you mentioned receiving an error that the page can't be displayed, this may be related to the browser you're currently using. The TD Bank website at www.tdbank.com is compatible with the latest versions of Internet Explorer and Firefox, which we recommend that you update. We'd also suggest that you clear the cache and cookies, disable any plug-ins and restore your browser defaults. If the issue persists after updating the version, we also recommend that you try using a different browser altogether.
Just in case, our Digital Specialists are available 24/7 to assist you with your online account. If you still have any trouble at all, you're welcome to call us at 800-493-7562 and we will be more than happy to help you.
We hope this helps, Dawn and thank you again for visiting us on TD Helps!
