At this time, TD Bank's footprint reaches along the East Coast of the United States, from Maine to Florida, and unfortunately, we do not have any locations in Russia. However, we're always looking to expand our footprint, and we'll be happy to pass along your request!
If you plan on traveling internationally in the near future, please know that were here to make things such as traveling easier! Currently, TD Bank's VISA Debit Cards can be used worldwide, wherever VISA is accepted, and no foreign transaction fees will be assessed. You may use your card to make purchases with merchants without being assessed a fee; however, we'd like to remind you that a currency conversation may need to be completed.
Additionally, should you need to perform a withdrawal at an ATM during your travels, please know that, depending on your account, a non-TD ATM fee may be assessed. If you'd like, you can check out our Fee Schedule here: https://go.td.com/2lbbfGg.
Before your trip, we also like to recommend that you have a travel notification placed on your account, preferably a week prior to your departure date. By having a travel notification added to your account, you can travel confidently knowing that your card will work whenever you need it most. To place a travel notification on your account, you may simply connect with us in whichever method you find the most convenient for you.
First, you're welcome to call and speak with a Banking Specialist, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by simply dialing 1-888-751-9000. If you'd prefer, you may also visit your nearest TD Store location, during lobby hours, to speak with a Customer Service Representative. If you're unable to call or visit a Store location, that's okay, as you may also send us a secure message. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'.
If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
If, during your travels, you need to contact us for any reason, you may send us a secure message, or you may even call toll free by simply dialing 1-856-751-9000, also 24/7. You can even call collect! To call collect, you may dial (215)-569-0518, with operator assistance, from a landline device.
