Thank you for joining us here at TD Helps, Joan. You came to the right place for information.
As you mentioned that you have a TD Bank Checking account and if you are currently using our online bill pay services to pay your bills, you can certainly add a student bill as a new Biller and then schedule payments to this Biller just as you pay your other bills.
If you are already enrolled for our online banking, please log into your online account by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, once you log in, please select the "Bill Pay" tab. If you have not yet enrolled in our online bill pay service, you will then be asked to accept the Bill Pay User Agreement. Once accepted, you can then immediately begin adding Billers and scheduling your bills!
If you are not currently enrolled for online banking and wish to enroll for online banking for your personal accounts, you may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, your Social Security Number, and your email address. Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier and to create a User Name and Password. Finally, you will be asked to create three Security Questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
