If you'd like to receive a copy of a statement sent to you by mail, we'll be happy to help you. You're welcome to contact a Banking Specialist 24/7 at 888-751-9000, who can mail the statement(s) to your address on file.
Additionally, if you are currently enrolled for Online Banking, you would be able to view your TD Account online. You may also view the account activity as well. After you log into your account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, you may click on the “Accounts” tab at the top of the page and then click on the name of the account you want to view. Then, to see your recent transactions select from the following drop down options: “Last 10 days, My Current Statement, My Previous Statement or All Available History” and select the “Show History” button to the right of the screen. You also have the option to view your previous statements online by clicking on Statements tab.
If you're not currently enrolled in TD Bank Online Banking and would like to take advantage of this free service, you may click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, ATM/debit card number and Social Security number available to complete the enrollment. Once enrolled in Online Banking, you may also send us a Secure Message to place your request. To send a secure message you must first log in to your TD Bank Online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." Just submit your inquiry and a friendly Representative will respond shortly. Your copies will be sent by mail within 7-10 business days, depending on your Postal Office.
