First, we'd like to let you know that we have Specialists on hand and ready to help 24/7, 365 days a year via telephone. You may connect with us at 888-751-9000, after account verification, we would be happy to help answer any of your questions. You can also access up-to-the-minute account balance and transaction information 24 hours a day/7 days a week by calling our automated banking system (IVR) at the same number listed above. When using this feature, you will need your account number or debit card. Additionally, with our TD Online Banking and TD Mobile App, you can bank and manage your funds at the comfort of your home! This is a free service for all TD Customers! If you're not currently enrolled and would like to take advantage of this free service you may click here: http://bit.ly/1lqyp6r. Please have your account number, ATM/debit card number and Social Security number available to complete the enrollment. The page will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to complete the process. Once you've created your online account or if you are enrolled already, you can download the app by visiting http://bit.ly/1opBqUt. The user name and password that Mobile Banking will ask you for is the same as the one you've created for Online Banking. Please note that the Mobile Banking app is available for iPhones, Android and Blackberry phones at this time. If you have any issues with the Mobile Banking app or need assistance logging in, please call our Banking Specialists 24/7 at the number provided above for further assistance. Did you know that with our Mobile App, you can also make a check deposit at the comfort of your own home or when our Store locations are closed? Please keep in mind, TD Bank Mobile Deposit is available for most iPhone and Android devices and to customers of at least 90 days or longer with an active checking, savings or money market account. To make a Mobile Deposit please follow these steps: - Go to your TD Bank Mobile App and Login - Select "Mobile Deposit" - Select "Deposit a Check" - Enter the amount of the check - Take a photo of the front and back of the check - Select the account to deposit the funds into - Review and submit Once you have successfully made your deposit, please write "Deposited" on the front of the check and keep it in a secure place. You may destroy the check after 14 business days. There are also daily limits and 30-day limits on our Mobile Deposits.
