In reply to Rosemary, Ottawa
Hey Rosemary, thanks for making a stop at TD Helps, Rosemary.
Although an appointment is not needed to visit us, we'd be happy to inform you that if you call us at 888-751-9000, our Banking Specialists would be happy to help. After account verification, our Specialists would gladly get you set up with an appointment at any TD Store of your liking.
You may also contact the Store directly to set up an appointment. For locations, please check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Additionally, when adding another signer to your existing account, there a few things we'd like to share. To add a signer to an existing TD Bank Checking or Savings account, the account holder and the prospective signer would have to visit a TD Store and speak with a Customer Service Representative. Please make sure to bring proper identification (Driver's License, State issued photo ID, Passport, etc.) and Social Security number.
We noticed you were writing to us from Ottawa, Rosemary. If you are inquiring about your TD Canada trust account, we'd be happy to help point you in the right direction. Please visit: http://bit.ly/1OzdglN for details on how to add a signer to your account and how to set up an appointment. If you have any other questions, please feel free to submit your own inquiry via their TD Helps page here: http://bit.ly/1qHQQns.
We hope this helps and please let us know if you have any other questions.
Brian M., Mount Laurel
