We hope everything is alright, Ali Daniel, and we'd be glad to help out!
If your account balance is showing $0.00, you are able to connect with a Banking Specialist by phone or via secure message.
You can call us from outside the US by dialing 856-751-9000 (215-569-0518 collect from any landline telephone). Once speaking with a Banking Specialist, they would be happy to finalize your account or help you regain access online.
If a Specialist helps you regain access online, you can send a secure message. To send a secure message using Online Banking, please sign in here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq and select 'Send a secure message' located in the 'Message Center' on the left hand side of the page. For Mobile Banking, select the option to 'Contact Us' followed by 'Send a secure message' after signing in. In your message, be sure to include your account number.
Keep in mind that accounts that do not have a $0.00 balance would need to be closed at a TD Store or by mail. You can mail a request with the following instructions:
▪Your account number(s)
▪Your request to close the account(s)
▪Your current address
For your security, please have the letter notarized and mailed to your Home Store. Your Home Store is the TD location you visited to open your Account.
If you are unsure of which Store is your Home Store, take a look at http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We hope this information helps, Ali Daniel. Have a great week!
