similar "Convenience" accounts with TD, will each account be required to maintain $100 to eliminate the monthly fee or just one account?

TD Bank remains committed to maintaining a high level of Customer satisfaction. Here at TD Bank, there is no set amount that you need to open an account with us. However, some accounts do require a daily minimum balance to avoid a monthly maintenance fee. If you are interested in TD Convenience Checking account, the $100.00 daily minimum balance to avoid the maintenance fee is for each account, which includes individual and joint accounts.
Once you are ready to open your account, you can open the account via online, telephone or at any TD Bank location during lobby hours. To open the account via online, click on the "Open Account" button below the account you choose and fill in the required fields. You can open an account via telephone 24/7 by calling our Customer Service line at 888-751-9000 and one of our Banking Specialists can open the account for you. If you wish to open a joint account with your wife, both parties must be present at the time of the account opening and can visit any TD Bank Store.
Additionally, if you prefer, you are welcome to open an individual account online or via telephone first. Once your individual account has successfully opened, you can then visit any local TD Bank Store with your wife to add her onto the account. Please make sure both parties, including you, bring the following documents: a valid photo I.D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.) and Social Security number.
