I went to withdraw forty dollars for a family member I did the preference withdrawal and it gave me a receipt and card back but the money never came out what do I do ?

In addition, if you are enrolled for Online Banking, you may send a secure message using www.tdbank.com. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile.
