Is there a fee charged if I withdraw money with my European Visa card or Maestro Card from a TD-Atm in NY Manhattan?

Good morning, Eva, and thanks for joining us on TD Helps!
We'll be more than happy to fill you in on our ATM fees for non-TD Bank Customers. Each time our ATM is utilized, a fee up to $3.00 is assessed. There may be a separate fee for both balance inquiries and withdrawals. The fee will be included in the amount of your withdrawal.
Since you mentioned a European Visa Card, we'd like to inform you that the currency in which the funds are being debited may need to be converted to US Dollars. If this is the case, the Visa exchange rate will be used at the time of the withdrawal. Foreign exchange rates are subject to change daily, and are not set by TD Bank. Please contact Visa to further inquire any possible foreign exchange rates.
We encourage you to contact your Financial Institution for any additional fees that may be assessed to your account, including any foreign exchange fees that may apply.

We hope this helps, Eva. Thanks again for reaching out to us with your question!
