Hello Jiana, thanks for connecting with us on TD Helps.
If you are a TD Customer, we'd like to let you know that using any TD ATM will be free of charge for you.
Please kindly keep in mind that each ATM withdrawal, transfer, and balance inquiry made by a TD Customer at an ATM not owned by TD may be subject to a $3.00 fee, which is charged by TD Bank the same day the transaction is made. The owner of the machine or network may assess a fee at the time of your transaction, including a fee for balance inquiries, in addition to any fees assessed by TD Bank.
We'd like to take this opportunity to let you know that we offer some accounts in which non-TD Bank ATM fees would be waived and we may reimburse you for fees charged by the owner of the non-TD Bank ATM at the end of each statement. Please look here, http://bit.ly/1cTejgt for fee information and the types of accounts needed to avoid a non-TD ATM fee.
If you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out to our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000. You may also stop by your local TD Bank Store location. To find the TD Stores nearest you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you are a non-TD Customer, our ATMs will accept all Non-TD Bank card holders that are members of VISA, PLUS, Mastercard, Cirrus, AMEX, Discover and NYCE. However, you may be charged up to a $3.00 ATM Surcharge when using a TD Bank ATM. Please also know that fees may subject to change, and kindly view the Fee Schedule as above to ensure what the charge may be.
Let us know if you have any other questions. We hope you have a nice day!
