We want to switch to TD Bank but ATM access and fees are a concern since you are not very large. Is there a charge for using outside ATMs? Do you cover charges charged by other banks for use of their ATMs?

Thank you for stopping by TD Helps and considering us for your banking needs, Pam! We'll be happy to provide some useful information to you.
At this time, a fee could be assessed to your account if a withdrawal, transfer or balance inquiry is made at a non-TD ATM, depending on your account type. Please look here http://bit.ly/1cTejgt for additional fee information.
We'd like to take this opportunity to let you know that we offer some accounts in which non-TD Bank ATM fees would be waived, and we may reimburse you for fees charged by the owner of the non-TD Bank ATM. We invite you to view the link mentioned above to see the types of accounts needed to waive these fees.
We also invite you to take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores for help locating the nearest TD ATM. Also, check out: http://bit.ly/1xwvko5 for help on how to avoid ATM fees.
