Thanks for joining us here on TD Helps, Heather.
Kindly keep in mind that each time a Non-TD Bank ATM is utilized, TD Bank assesses an ATM surcharge of $3.00 per transaction. The fee will post the same day as the ATM withdrawal is made. You also may have been assessed an additional fee (surcharge) at the time of your withdrawal. This fee is set by the machine owner and not associated with TD Bank. To avoid these fees in the future, you may view our current ATM locations online here: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Please also be advised that fees are subject to change. For our current fee schedule, please click here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt. Additionally, some fees are waived for certain accounts, this info can also be found on the fee schedule.
If you have a few minutes, please also check out here: http://bit.ly/1CYR0io for some simple steps to skip fees. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out to our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
