Hi, I have a question regarding your TD Premier Checking foreign ATM withdrawal, usage and fee(s). From your website, you said:
1. "No ATM fee on TD or non TD-ATM" if an account have a minimum daily balance of 2500 or more
2. TD don't charge foreign transaction fee.
So, I assume TD don't charge foreign ATM usage and transaction fee. But what about this:
"If you use any ATM in a foreign country, you may also incur international, currency exchange and usage fees regardless of the type of account you have at TD Bank"
Does this mean other bank/owner may charge fee such as "currency exchange" that TD won't refund or waived?

Thanks for your question, John. We'd be glad to clarify.
You can learn more about the TD Premier Checking account here: https://go.td.com/1Ubj4sN.
To clarify further, ATMs held by other financial institutions both in the US and abroad may still assess a fee for the use of the machine. You would need to check prior or during your transaction while using the ATM to clarify further.
