I recently moved to Versailles, Kentucky and know there are not any TD Banks locally but I think there are ATMs I can use to make a withdrawal without incurring fees. Please tell me where they are in the 40383 zip code area.

Thanks for reaching us on TD Helps, Karen. We'd be glad to help you make a withdrawal.
You are able to take a look at TD ATM locations by using our Store Locator found here: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Before you search, make sure the "Search ATMs…" box is selected. After you select "Find," the Store Locator will generate any TD ATMs near you.
If you're in need of cash, you may also want to take advantage of getting cash back when using your debit card at the point of sale; many major retailers and grocery chains will give cash back at the register without a fee.
We'd like to take this opportunity to let you know that we offer some accounts in which non-TD Bank ATM fees would be waive and we may reimburse you for fees charged by the owner of the non-TD Bank ATM at the end of each statement. Please look here, http://bit.ly/1cTejgt for fee information and the types of accounts needed to avoid a non-TD ATM fee.
If you decide you would like to update your account type, feel free to give us a call 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. Our Banking Specialists will be glad to help.
Similarly, you are able to send us a secure message to make this change. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." Be sure to include the account number you'd like to change and the account type that you' would like to change to.
As you've mentioned that you've moved, we also recommend updating your address if you've not done so already. You are able to call our Banking Specialists as mentioned above or send a secure message.
We hope this information helps, Karen and have a good afternoon.
