My 17 year old w/ a young savers account just got her own ATM card w/ chip last week. After activation, she tried it at the ATM home branch w/ no problem. However, when she tried it at St Luke hospital ATM close to her college dorm yesterday, the transaction failed. Machine can't handle new card? Her card? What's the problem
