Thanks for reaching us on TD Helps, Alberto. We'd be glad to discuss.
If you're at the ATM and you are having trouble withdrawing funds, we recommend reaching out to our Banking Specialists directly. You are able to reach them 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 or by visiting any TD Store during lobby hours. To take a look at TD Stores and their hours please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
In reference to ATM preferences, you are able to set specific settings at TD ATMs. You are able to do so by visiting any TD ATM. Once you enter your Debit Card and your PIN, please select "ATM Preferences" from the screen. You are able to change your PIN and Fast Cash withdrawal amount. If you have not set up your specific preferences, the ATM itself will not be able to access preference information.
If you have any trouble, feel free to contact the number mentioned above or visit any TD Store.
We hope this clears things up, Alberto and have a good afternoon.
