Thanks for joining us on TD Helps today, Fred.
In order to use an ATM, you will need to have an active debit or ATM card. If you don't have an active debit or ATM card, we'll be happy to help you with requesting one!
First, you may call us directly at 888-751-9000, where our Representatives are available to assist 24/7. Upon account verification, a Representative will be able to process a new debit card to the address on file. If you'd like to obtain a debit card immediately, you may visit your local TD Bank Store. To view our Store locations and hours, please click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you currently have access to your online banking, you may send us a secure message. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your mobile banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu.
If you choose to send us a secure message, and need the debit card to be mailed to an alternate address, there is specific information that will need to be included in your message. We ask that you include your full name, account number, address, and the statement "I take full responsibility for the debit card to be mailed to this alternate address".
Please be advised that if you use a non-TD ATM, fees may apply. We encourage you to view our personal fee schedule here: https://go.td.com/2lbbfGg.
We hope this information helps guide you in the right direction, Fred.
Thanks for stopping by, and have a great day!
