Thanks for coming by TD Helps, Carlos.
You'll be happy to hear that while travelling to Argentina, you can make an ATM withdrawals from any ATM machines that displays the VISA or PLUS logo. Please note; fees may apply when using a non-TD ATM. We encourage you to check out our current fee schedule: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt, as it outlines any applicable fees that may come into play when you using your TD Debit card at a non-TD ATM.
If you haven't so already, we recommend placing a travel notification on your account prior to your trip. To best assist you, please contact our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000 to have a Customer Service Representative place a travel notification on your accounts. If you are already traveling abroad, you can reach us 24/7 at 856-751-9000 via mobile telephone or calling us collect with an operator's assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 215-569-0518.
You may also send us a secure message through your Online Banking. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." If you have not enrolled, please call us 24/7 by dialing the number above to speak with our Customer Service Representatives. If you are enrolled for our BusinessDirect, you may use this link to logon http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8 and send a secure message. If you choose this option, please include the exact travel dates, destinations and if there will be any connecting flight if applicable.
By placing a travel notification, this will help us be aware if we see foreign transactions on your account. Also, please be informed that for your protection we will continue to monitor your card activity even when a notification is set. We also recommend carrying more than one method of payment while traveling, just in case you encounter any acceptance issues. For more travel tips while overseas, please visit http://bit.ly/1gDrDYu.
