Thank you for joining us on TD Helps, Tom! We'd be glad to help!
Currently, TD Bank does not have an arrangement with other US Banks ATMs. However, we can offer some suggestions on how to avoid Non-TD ATM fees:
Using your TD Bank Visa Debit Card instead of cash is safer, is linked to rewards, and most merchants will accept it; even for smaller purchases. TD Bank Debit cardholders can take advantage of hundreds of special discounts when shopping online or in stores with their Debit Card - from travel and restaurants to their favorite stores! Discounts are easy to redeem: no enrollment needed no points to keep track of, and no hassle! Customers can visit our newly designed website at http://bit.ly/1rNJqlL to see what savings are available. Please be sure to check back often as these discounts change three times a year!
Another suggestion would be getting cash back when using your debit card at the point of sale; many major retailers and grocery chains will give cash back at the register without a fee.
If you wish to change your existing account to a different product type to avoid future non-TD ATM fees or receive ATM surcharge refunds, you may call our Banking Specialists or send us a secure message via Online Banking. To connect with one of our Banking Specialists, you can call 888-751-9000 24/7 and upon verification, they will be able to assist you.
To send a secure message you must first be enrolled in Online Banking and to start the process please visit here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY . Keep in mind that you will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number and email address. Once enrolled, you may send a secure message by selecting "Send a secure message" located on the left hand side of the page, beneath "Message Center." In your secure message, please be sure to include your account number and the account type you are requesting and we will be happy to process your request.
We hope this information helps, Tom and have a wonderful day!

Hey Tom… Publix Supermarkets are free to use here in Orlando. I would ask your branch if that works. Also there was one other but I don't remember which. I would call a local branch.

It is my experience that TD ATM cards can be used free of fees at all Publix Supermarket Presto ATM's in Florida. This is particularly important for those of us on the Gulf Coast south of St. Pete where there are no TD Branches.
