I couldn't remember the the answer for the security question and my account is locked.
The webpage continue to ask me to contact on the phone but I am now in Korea so I cannot call / visit the bank.
I also had a contact from my friend that he received a phone call regarding my account issue from you.
I want to check my account to make sure everything is set alright.

As you mentioned that your online profile has been locked, in order for us to unlock it, we would have to speak with you directly to verify your account. Since you are out of the country, we have telephone numbers set up so that you may contact us while abroad. Please dial 856-751-9000 or collect with operator's assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 215-569-0518.
