So in the span of 5 years, I was supposed to pay off the auto loan, and out of my bank account, I made the payment bi-weekly with money being taken out automatically. All the payment should've been finished by first week of september in year 2017, but the money kept on being taken out and TD Bank sent us the refund check. It's December 1st right now and they've been repeating the process of getting the money through auto pay from my account and refunding the check back and forth nonstop until today.
How do I take care of this problem?

Thank you for informing us of this, Jake. We'd like to help.
Depending on how this auto payment was set up, the instructions may vary to stop it.
If your biweekly payment was set up through your online banking as either an auto transfer or Bill Payment, it should be quick to stop. Just log into your online banking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. To review for a recurring automatic transfer, click the 'Transfers' tab and select 'Scheduled Transfer'. Here you will find any recurring transfers you have set up. If you find the transfer, just go forward with cancelling it and you should be all set.
If the payment is being issued as a Bill Payment, select the 'Bill Pay' tab from within your online banking. Here you should see any payments you have set up through bill pay. Locate the biller for your auto loan, which should be TD Bank in this case, and select them. You should have the option to cancel all future payments.
If you find the recurring payment in either of these places but have difficulty cancelling it, please give us a call. We have Tech Support Specialists available 24/7 to help.
Finally, if the payment was set up as an ACH payment that was authorized at the time the loan was set up, a form may need to be signed to have it cancelled. To obtain this form, you may visit us at any local TD Bank Store. We can provide you this form and send it off for processing right away. To find a Store near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc. We can also have it mailed to you. Just give our Financial Solutions Group a call 24/7 at 800-937-5020.
We hope this helps, Jake. Have a great weekend and Happy Holidays!
