Welcome to TD Helps, Nelson. We'd be happy to point you in the right direction.
To better assist you with a payoff, we recommend contacting our Financial Solutions Group at 24/7 at 800-937-5020. In order to pay off your loan, it will first be necessary to obtain the correct payoff figure including any interest and fees owed, which may not be included in the balance amount listed online. When you call you will need the year, make and model, and the last 6 digits of the VIN number of the vehicle. Please note that the payoff quote provided to you at that time will be good for the time frame you request. Your payoff should be made within that time frame in order to ensure that no additional funds will be owed.
After you receive your payoff amount for your TD Auto Loan, you may send the overnight payment to the address below:
TD Bank Attn: Payoff Dept., ME2-001-019, 32 Chestnut Street, Lewiston, ME 04240
You may also submit your payoff amount online via transfer from another account you have with us, or using our Loan Payment Center at http://bit.ly/1p7K5PC. You're also welcome to make a payment during lobby hours at http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to call us at the number listed above.
Please note, if your Auto Loan is through TD Auto Finance, please contact a TD Auto Finance Representative. They are available Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 10:00 pm and Saturday 8:00am to 7:00 pm at 1-800-556-8172 to help you.
We hope this helps, Nelson. Have a great one.
