I keep trying to go through the automated system in order to obtain the balance of my loan as I have in the past and once I enter my acct number I am automatically being connected to a rep. Im trying to avoid a long hold time. I have my 4 digit bank by phone pin in order to go through the system over the phone but I am not sure why I am being automatically transferred.

We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble with the automated system, Mel. We'd be glad to point you in the right direction.
If you are having trouble obtaining your loan balance via the automated system, we are able to reset your settings. When you dial 888-751-9000, please select "0" at any time to speak with a Representative. They'll be able to reset your automated system settings as well as help determine what is causing the issue.
If you need your loan balance, you are able to call our Financial Solutions Group Representatives 24/7 by dialing 800-937-5020. Similarly, you are able to visit us during lobby hours at any TD Store for your loan balance. To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
