I have had TD retail account (for Rooms 2 Go) that has been autodrafted for years. December should be the last payment but I come to find out October and November hasn't been paid, nor have they sent a statement for those months. How do I get this fixed? The auto draft was set up with the credit card account, not thru my bank so it's not on my banks end.
