Hello, Donald, hope all is well and welcome to TD Helps. There're multiple ways that you may obtain your payoff amount.
The quickest way to obtain the payoff for your Personal Loan is to contact a dedicated Financial Solutions Group Specialist 24/7 at 800-937-5020. During your call, they can let you know the payoff figure and answer any additional questions you may have.
If you're currently enrolled for online banking, you can also send a Secure Message via your Online Banking profile. Please log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. After signing in, you can visit the Customer Service tab and click on Send a Message for assistance with your inquiry.
You may also feel free to stop in at any convenient TD Bank Store location near you during lobby hours; a listing can be found at http://bit.ly/TDStores where we would be happy to help! Please understand that even though we would like to help you directly, because TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum, we do not have access to your personal account information to do so from here.
Thanks again for writing in, Donald. Have a great one!

Thanks for joining in, Velma.
If your loan is held by TD Bank, you are able to use the methods LiShu mentions in her reply to check the balance of your loan or obtain a payoff amount.
If your loan is held by TD Auto Finance, we recommend reaching them directly. They are available Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 10:00PM and Saturday 8:00AM to 7:00PM at 1-800-556-8172 to help you with any questions you may have.
If your loan is held through a different financial institution, we recommend reaching out to them directly for assistance.
We hope this helps, Velma and have a good day.
