Please understand that we would like to assist you directly, unfortunately, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum. There are a few options you have to check your account balance and we'd be happy to go over them with you.
If you are currently enrolled for our Online Banking, you would be able to view your TD account balance online. You may also view the transactions as well. After you log into your account here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq, you can click on the “Accounts” tab at the top of the page, and then click on the name of the account you want to view. You'll be able to see the balance there. Then, to review any transactions, you may select from the following drop down options: “Last 10 days, My Current Statement, My Previous Statement or All Available History.” After, select the “Show History” button to the right of the screen. You also have the option to view your previous statements online by clicking on Statements tab.
If you're not currently enrolled and would like to take advantage of this free service, you may click here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, ATM/debit card number and Social Security number available to complete the enrollment. The page will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to complete the process.
In addition, we also offer Mobile Banking services. The TD Bank Mobile App is available for most iPhone, Android and Blackberry devices so you can manage your banking needs anytime, anywhere with the quick, easy and secure Mobile App. After you are enrolled for online banking, you can download the app by visiting https://go.td.com/1opBqUt. The Username and Password that the Mobile App will ask you for is the same as the one you've created for you Online Banking Profile on our website.
If you have questions regarding your TD Bank account, you may also contact us 24/7 while you're outside the United States by dialing 856-751-9000 or collect with operator's assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 215-569-0518.
