We appreciate you bringing your concerns to TD Helps this morning, and before we begin, we'd first like to take a moment to explain that, currently, TD Helps is not considered a secure forum. Because of this, unfortunately, we do not have access to your account or personal information to provide you with your account balance, but we'll still be happy to help!
There are a couple ways you are able to obtain your account balance in real time, and we'll be sure to provide you with all your options so that you may choose whichever method is the most convenient for you.
The first and most convenient way to obtain your account balance is to log into your Online Banking, either from a computer or your smartphone. To log in from a computer, you may click here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. If you have never used our Personal Online Banking feature before, you're welcome to start the enrollment process here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. To fully enroll, you will need your account number, debit card number, Social Security Number, and a valid email address. Once you're able to log in, you can view all of your accounts and balances under the 'Accounts' tab.
If you haven't yet downloaded TD Bank's Mobile Banking app, you're welcome to check out the link here: https://go.td.com/1hOPk1H for more information, and should you decide to download the app to your smartphone, you can log in directly using the same online banking credentials as above.
If you have any trouble enrolling, you're more than welcome to call and speak with one of our Banking Specialist, 24/7, at 1-888-751-9000. By calling, you can also request to obtain your account balance.
You can also take advantage of our Automated Banking system by calling 1-800-YES-2000. After following the prompts, you'll be provided with information such as your account balance, pending transactions, and much more.
