Good morning, Jaime and thanks for coming to TD Helps with your question.
We'd like to take this opportunity to let you know that we're currently not partnered with any other Financial Institutions. If you wish you may take a look here http://bit.ly/TDStores for a listing of our current locations.
Even though we do not have any locations in your area right now, please keep in mind there are still ways that one can bank with us without the need to visit a TD Bank Store.
We offer Online Banking to make transfers, pay bills and keep track of your spending. Please click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to enroll in Online Banking. If you need to make a deposit while in Colombia, and have access to our Mobile App along with an active Checking, Savings or Money Market account with TD Bank that has been open for 90 days or more, you may use the Mobile Deposit feature. We invite you to take a look here: http://bit.ly/1e3jiYF for more information along with the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for TD Bank Mobile Deposit. Please also see this link for information and guidelines to TD Bank Mobile Banking and Mobile Deposit at: http://bit.ly/1ff8byL.
You may also mail in a deposit using these guidelines:
Mail to: TD Bank, N.A. ME2-001-033 P.O. Box Number 1190 Lewiston, ME 04243
If you need to Fed-EX or UPS a mail in a Deposit to us, you can ship it to the address below:
TD Bank Bank by Mail 140 Mill Street Lewiston ME 04243
We recommend visiting http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ to learn more about our funds availability policy starting on page 38. Also keep in mind that the TD Bank is not responsible for items lost in mail. Here are some additional tips to consider prior to mailing your deposit:
- Cash should not be sent through the mail
- Payee of the check and name on deposit ticket should be the same
- Checks should be endorsed (and restricted "for deposit only")
- Multiple checks should be listed and a total of the deposit listed
- Enclose the deposit ticket, not the carbon copy
- If using a blank deposit ticket, please write the account number clearly
- Do not staple transactions
If you need to reach us while you're outside the United States, please dial us direct at 1-856-751-9000 or call collect with operator assistance from any land line phone by asking the Operator to dial 1-215-569-0518.
Again, thanks for stopping by and have a great week.
