Is there a way to unlock my debit card. I'm in another country and it is not working. I really need access to my money, and without a phone I cannot call you. No service with Sprint in Prague. I need to do this online, is that possible? Doesn't help that I can't remember my username haha, but have debit card and social. Perhaps can use that to talk to someone in email about this issue so we can remedy it?

Thanks for connecting with us, Zach. We're sorry to hear you're having trouble with your debit card and Online Banking while you're out of the country.
For the security of your account, we are unable to access your personal information via TD Helps or email as they are considered unsecure forums. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you're able to access a telephone you may contact us from outside the United States by dialing 1-856-751-9000 or call collect by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518, from a land line phone.
Once we are able to speak with you and are able to verify your account, we will be able to provide you with your user name and review your debit card. If you didn't place a travel notification on your account prior to leaving the country, that could be the reason for the block but once we have you on the phone we can place the travel notes for you and request the block to be removed.
