It's good to hear from you this morning, Max, and we apologize that you're having so much trouble using your debit card abroad.
We'll be happy to point you in the right direction.
Before we begin, we'd first like to take a moment to explain that, unfortunately, TD Helps is not considered secure. Because of this, we are unable to access your account or personal information, and we'd like to recommend that you connect with us directly so that we can review your card with you.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause; however, please don't worry, as our Banking Specialists are here to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
As you mentioned that you are outside of the United States, we invite you to connect with a Specialist by dialing 1-856-751-9000, toll free, or you can call collect, with operator assistance from any landline device, by asking the operator to dial (215)-569-0518.
You may also send us a secure message. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'.
If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
We apologize that we couldn’t assist you directly today, Max, but we look forward to hearing from you soon.
Thanks again for stopping by, and take care.
