My name is Michael X XXXX, SSA XXXXXXXXX, and I called the help number this morning as my ATM Card # XXXXXXXXXX, Expiration Date XXXX, Secret Code # XXX, For my Sole Checking Account # XXXXXXXX, located at the home branch in Pittsfield MA 01201. reported that it was unauthorized for use at the Florence Bank ATM in Downtown Florence while using their Smart ATM two days ago.
I tried again this morning here at the Leeds VA Hospital to see if the Funds had become available, as per numerous letters on to this Chat Service, I have documented in what I can only believe to be Bank Fraud.
I aked the kind & help full Customer Service Agent what the exact verbage is to be used to file a order of Bank Fraud, and was told to ask for REG E.
I am requesting a REG E be filed for all accounts with my Social Security Number XXXXXXXXX at all TD Bank locations.
