I opened an account in July of 2016...I was told at the time I qualified for $300 based on the type of account that I opened. I contacted customer service and was informed I wasn't eligible due to an account that I had open more than 10 years ago in which I never used and was closed by TD bank for non-activity. I am confused why I wasn't eligible for this promotion. I feel that I was mislead to opening my account.

To be eligible for our recent online promotion, the new account holder is required to be a new to bank Customer with no previous relationship with TD. We apologize for any inconvenience.
