Thanks for joining us today on TD Helps, Gregory. We'd be happy to help retrieve statements with your address.
Your current address is displayed at the top of your monthly statement. If you'd like to print out one of your monthly statements for your TD deposit account, such as Checking, Savings or Money Market account, and you are already enrolled for our Online Banking, after logging in your account from here http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, please follow the steps below to obtain your statements:
1. Click on the accounts link at the top of the screen
2. Click on the account number you would like to view statements on
3. Click on the “Statements” tab
4. Choose the statement period you would like to view and click “View Statement”
5. You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement
If you have not yet enrolled for Online Banking and have a TD Bank Debit Card and Social Security number, please follow this link to first enroll for our online service http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. If you do not have a TD Bank Debit Card or are experiencing any difficulties while doing the online enrollment, you may contact our Banking Specialists who are available 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. They'll be happy to help you enroll.
You may also visit a TD Store during lobby hours for a copy of your statement. For Store hours and locations near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Keep in mind that if you've recently updated your address, it will take up to 3-5 business days to be updated, and please allow a full statement cycle for it to reflect on your statement copies.
We hope this helps, Gregory and have a good day.
