I normally receive my business checking statement in the mail the 6th of every month. Is there a reason it would have been delayed this month as I still have not recieved it.

At times, your statement may cut on a different day if it ends on a weekend or holiday. Also there may be some delays with the postal office. So we may review this further with you, we encourage you to contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000, and we'll be able to assist after account verification. We could also request a copy of your statement to be mailed to the address on file. You should then expect to receive your copy via mail within 7-10 business days. You may also visit us during lobby hours for a printout of your recent statement, for help locating a TD Store near you, please look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Also, you can view your statements via your TD Bank Online Banking. If you are already enrolled for our Online Banking, after logging in your account from here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, please follow the steps below to obtain your statements:
1. Click on the accounts tab at the top of the screen
2. Click on the account number you would like to view statements on
3. Click on the “Statements” tab.
4. Choose the statement period you would like to view and click “View Statement”
5. You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement
If you have not yet enrolled for Online Banking and have a TD Bank ATM/Visa debit card, please follow this link to first enroll for our online service: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. If you do not have a TD Bank ATM/Visa debit card or if you are experiencing any difficulties viewing your statements, you may contact us at the number listed above.
If you are enrolled for our TD Bank BusinessDirect, after logging in your account from here http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8, please follow the steps below to obtain your statements:
1. Click on the accounts link at the top of the screen
2. Click “Statements”
3. Choose the statement period you would like to view and click “View Statement”
4. You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statements
If you are looking to enroll for TD Bank BusinessDirect and you have your TD Bank ATM/Visa debit card, follow the link above and choose Business from the drop down box. Once you’re at the “Sign Up for TD Bank BusinessDirect” page, please complete the application. You will need your Business taxpayer Identification number, account number, TD Bank ATM/Visa debit card number, the business name, and your e-mail address. When you are finished with the application, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 2 business days that contains your User ID and password. In case you don't have a TD Bank ATM/Visa debit card or would like to have immediate access to online banking, you could visit your local TD Bank Store for help.

Thank you. I was told by your help desk that business statements are processed after the last day of the month. So, if i'm undersanding correctly, for April, the last day of the month was Thursday. Therefore statements would be processed on Friday the 1st? Are statements then mailed out the next business day? Or does it take more than 1 day to print and mail them? Thank you.

Typically for Business accounts, the statement cycle runs from the 1st until the last day of the month. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing and mailing after the statement end date.
