Thank you for reaching out to us on TD Helps this evening, Angela! We'll be sure to provide some options for you regarding your bank statements.
When an account closes, it does lose online banking access. With that being said, if the closed account in question was the only account that you had with us, receiving your bank statements electronically would not be an option.
Please also note that we are unable to send account related documents through email as it is considered an unsecured format. However, we do have an option for you.
Feel free to stop into any TD Bank during lobby hours to request a copy of your bank statements to be sent to you via mail. It can take up to 7-10 business days for shipping; depending on your postal service. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
We hope this answers your question and come by TD Helps any time you have a question, Angela! Take care and have a great night.
