Hi I had a question about when I call to check on some purchases I didn't authorized about time of purchase or how to get some of the money back

At that time, they'll be able to review the activity that occurred with you, let you know the time and date of the transactions if you would like this info, and file the appropriate type of dispute for you if needed. Prior to your visit or call, please ensure that the transactions in question have been posted to your account history and are no longer in a "Pending" status, as we're unable to file a dispute until then.
