Good afternoon, John, and welcome!
This is a great question, and we'll be more than happy to provide you with all the different options you have when looking to request statement copies!
First, you're welcome to visit your nearest TD Store location, during lobby hours, to speak with a Customer Service Representative in regard to your request. By visiting a TD Store location, not only will they be happy to help you, but they may also be able to print your copies for you on the spot! Just in case you may not be familiar with your local TD Store location, you're welcome to use the link here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR to find your nearest location as well as their lobby hours and contact information.
If you're unable to visit a TD Store location, that’s okay, as you may also connect with us over the phone, or even send us a secure message with your request! If you'd like to call, Banking Specialists can be reached by dialing 1-888-751-9000, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
To make your request via Secure Message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'.
If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
It's important to note that as you'll be requesting check copies with your statements, a fee may be assessed, and we'd like to invite you to check out our Fee Schedule here: https://go.td.com/2lbbfGg for more information.
If you have any additional questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to connect with us at any of the methods mentioned above, and we'll be more than happy to help!
Thanks again for bringing your question to TD Helps today, John, and we hope you have a fantastic day!
